Admiral Matthew Littler.
Husband of Admiral Kathryn Janeway.
Holds rank of Admiral.
Has no command of his own currently. He is posted aboard Starbase 157 Alpha as engineer over looking the new technologies and upgrades to fleet vessels.
Though holding the rank of Admiral him self he is happy to be under the command of starbase commander Admiral Daniels Adama.
Though if bothered his temper does often allow him to pull rank.

He doesnt like to be refered to by his rank and would rather be called the tinkerer. As his duty and first best quality is engineering.
Though he often refers to himself as "The Genious"
