Full of innovative technology, responsible for the design, implimentation and mass production of all new ships and technologies therein.

and the bottom

As a starbase there will be numerous amounts of officers and allies from various vessels.
The crew Manifest of this base so far are:
Admiral Daniels Adama (actual forum member)
Admiral Matthew Littler, head of engineering. (actual forum member)
Captain Reg Barkley (currently non existing member just story filler,made up)
Other crew (currently non existing members just background story filler, made up)
