The White Star Palandine is based on Minbari, Vorlon and Technomage technology. It is operated by an artificial intelligence avatar known as Pal, who has both holographic and android forms.

The ship is designed to take a crew compliment of approx 50 persons, but usually as the ship's systems are controlled by Pal, only one or two crew members are on board. This however can change depending on the mission.

The Palandine has cloaking technology and advanced weapons systems. She is also capable of self-repair and self-diagnostics.

She is the flagship of the Centauri/Anla'shok/Tok'ra Alliance fleet under command of Entil'zha Xanxa.

Strictly not Starfleet and does not operate under Starfleet chain of command or protocols, but will adhere to Starfleet protocols and instructions on missions conducted in conjunction with Starfleet.
