For his galant efforts facing the borg queen, and his exemplary performance during Admiral Daniels Adama's absence, Commander Brendan of Nine is here by promoted to Rank of Captain and given full command of USS Bellerophon, under the Fleet Command Of Admiral Daniels.

As our fleet continues to grow, more and more ships in various regions, and plenty of admirals to command fleets, each admiral will have or be given their own fleet to command as they see fit, the vessels belong to their command, save the Universal C'n'C Admiral Kathryn Janeway, and have full authority over the vessels under their command. Visiting Admirals aboard these ships however will still be higher ranking as complying with starfleet regulations.
